Abstract

Job satisfaction and employee loyalty are key determinants of sustainable business development. This study identifies factors affecting female employee loyalty with employee satisfaction acting as a mediator. The study uses a structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale to survey a sample of 380 female employees in different industries in Thanh Hoa through Google Forms. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS4.0 software. The experimental results show that income, job characteristics, working conditions, promotion opportunities, workplace relationships, and work-life balance positively affect both employee satisfaction and loyalty, at the same time, satisfaction serves as a mediator in the relationship between the independent variables and employee loyalty. The research results provide a basis for businesses to develop policies to promote employee satisfaction and loyalty in general and female employees in particular.
