APPLYING THE 5W1H TECHNIQUE IN TEACHING THE TOPIC "INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTIONS IN WORLD HISTORY" (GRADE 10 HIGH SCHOOL HISTORY)

Abstract
The use of the 5W1H technique in teaching History at general education schools contributes to promoting students’ proactivity, engagement, and creativity. This technique not only serves as a methodological support tool but also helps form historical concepts and images, thereby fostering and developing both specific and general competencies, as well as the learners’ qualities. This study employs both theoretical and practical research methods. Based on these approaches, it focuses on proposing measures for applying the 5W1H technique in teaching the topic “Industrial Revolutions in world history” (Grade 10), with the aim of improving the quality of History teaching in high schools.
