Abstract

The development of the quantity and quality of medical treatment services today entails the constant improvement of hospital management activities to adapt. One of them is financial management, especially in the new mechanism, towards autonomy at Tho Xuan General Hospital, which is a necessary activity to improve the quality of health care services and social security. The article summarizes the issue of financial autonomy at public hospitals, as well as analyzes the current status of autonomy at Tho Xuan General Hospital, pointing out some achievements and some limitations that still exist in the implementation process. On that basis, the article orients some suggested solutions to strengthen the implementation of financial autonomy at Tho Xuan General Hospital in the coming time.
