Abstract
The objective of this study is to assess the satisfaction of tourists with service quality at Flamingo Dai Lai resort, Vinh Phuc province. The study uses qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate visitors' perceptions. The results of data analysis with 190 survey samples show that visitors have positive comments about service quality aspects at Flamingo Dai Lai resort, but there are also certain limitations in service provision of the resort, especially during the Covid-19 outbreak in Vietnam. From the research results, the article proposes some solutions to improve service quality at Flamingo Dai Lai resort in the near future.
