Abstract

National defense is a collective effort of the entire nation through the comprehensive strength of the people; Vietnam's national defense policy is a specific manifestation of the Party and State's viewpoints and policies in carrying out national defense tasks aimed at protecting the country, ensuring territorial integrity, national sovereignty, and preventing any forces or threats of invasion that could harm the nation; in which military strength is a characteristic feature and the people's armed forces serve as the core. The military and defense force of Hong Duc University is a part of Vietnam's national defense responsible for effectively implementing the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State, contributing to maintaining political security, social order and safety, and combating negative manifestations, which plays a significant role in the construction and protection of the Fatherland in the new situation.
