Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop a production process for pennywort tea bags branded as Hong Duc University (referred to as Hong Duc pennywort) in Thanh Hoa province, aiming to introduce and promote the culture and people of Thanh Hoa in general, and specifically Hong Duc University, to domestic and international audiences. The results indicate that the mixing ratio of the respective ingredients, including pennywort, sweet grass, chrysanthemum, and mint, is 1.6g/0.1g/0.2g/0.1g. After mixing the tea at a ratio of 2g per package, it will be packed into prepared filter bags, sealed, wired, and placed into paper boxes. The safety and quality of pennywort tea bags will be evaluated in accordance with Decision 46/2007/QD-BYT and TCVN 7975:2008
