Abstract

Improving the quality of judges is considered an important requirement to enhance the effectiveness of trial activities because in the end, the quality of trial activities and the prestige of the Court are due to the Court's staff, especially the team of judges. The following article will clarify the current situation of the capacity of the judge team on the legal basis as well as the practical operation of the team of judges at the People's Court of Thanh Hoa province. From that fact, the author in the article proposes some solutions to improving the capacity of judges at the People's Court of Thanh Hoa province. Thereby showing that the capacity of judges in the courts in the current period is very important and necessary to meet the current judicial reform.
