Abstract

Work motivation is one of the important issues that Thanh Hoa Environment and Urban Construction Joint Stock Company has paid attention to in the past few years, because it is the source of promoting labor productivity, improving the quality of labor and improving the quality of work and employee commitment to the organization. The research topic uses a combination of primary and secondary data to assess the current status of work motivation for employees at the company with 24 scales for 02 groups of motivational activities including: (1) Evaluation of salary, bonus and welfare; (2) Evaluation of training and skill improvement; creating conditions and working environment; labor assessment; creating opportunities for promotion and cultural and artistic activities, physical training and sports, etc. The results of the assessment of the research are the basis for the company to orient 05 groups of solutions to improve the effectiveness of motivational activities for employees in the near future.
