Abstract

Resolution No.58-NQ/TW dated August 5th, 2020 issued by the Politburo on construction and development of Thanh Hoa province to 2030, vision to 2045, aims to establish Thanh Hoa province to become a new growth pole of the country. It clearly identifies the energy industry, processing industry, manufacturing, and logistics services as key areas for breakthroughs. In the new phase of development, the expansion of the logistics industry and specifically the establishment of a Grade I regional logistics center is an inevitable trend. This initiative is essential to meet the economic and social development needs of Thanh Hoa province, which serves as one of the economic and social focal points of the North Central region. Building upon premise, the article analyzes the current situation and proposes several directions for building a Grade I regional logistics center to meet the economic and social development requirements of Thanh Hoa province.
