Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources in enterprises is always a goal and issue that receives the attention of managers and researchers because the quality of human resources is the premise and determining factor of the business activities. This study focuses on the activities to improve the quality of human resources in enterprises from the employees’ perspective through the results of the overall research and in-depth interviews with a representative group of employees. The research results show that the company has had immediate results in improving the quality of human resources. However, there are issues that could still be improved in developing recruitment and compensation policies. The research has proposed specific solutions to improve the quality of the company's human resources in the coming time.
