Abstract
Many studies show that employee motivation is one of the essential contents in human resource management to help improve employees' productivity, efficiency, and creativity. That contributes to the success of each organization or business. In this study, the author analyzes how to implement labor union activities in a multi-industry commercial service enterprise through data collected from reports, documents, and surveys of the entire employees. Based on the collected data, the study assesses the current situation and proposes solutions to improve employee motivational activities for the company in the coming time.
