Abstract
Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Bim Son branch (BIDV Bim Son) is the first branch of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam. To well implement the goal of safe and sustainable development in its operations, BIDV Bim Son is always interested in improving customer service quality and limiting credit risks. This article evaluates the current status of BIDV Bim Son's credit quality from the perspective of 200 customers who have used the service. Besides, the author also uses the SWOT matrix to evaluate the credit quality of the branch in terms of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. Based on the assessment of the credit quality at the Bank, the author proposed a number of solutions to improve credit quality at BIDV Bim Son in the coming time.
