Abstract

In the 2018 Literature program, modern Vietnam fictional prose works includes the genres of stories and novels. The article uses typical research methods such as archetypal criticism, typological method; statistical, analytical and synthetic research operations. The article presents the results of the study on the characteristics of archetypal woman in modern Vietnam fictional prose works of the 2018 Literature program. Archetypal woman represents fertility fertility, nurturing and strong vitality. The reenactment of archetypal woman contributes to expressing the voice of gender equality. The results of this article contribute reference materials for the research and teaching of modern Vietnamese fictional prose literature in secondary schools and high schools.
