Abstract
Two experiments were carried out to examine the effect of substrate and plant nutrients on the growth of the in vitro micropropagation of Stemona tuberosa Lour. in vitro, at the nursery stage. The experiment was conducted with 4 different substrate formulations and 3 different nutrient spray formulations. The research results show that: the formula of sand + soil + manure (3:1:1) gave the highest rate of plantets surviral (85%), and the best plant growth and development (growth indicators were 8.43 cm height, 1.04 branches, the root diameter of 1.28 cm, having 4.69 leaves, rate of provided plants reaching 89.42 %.
Using nutrients Đầu trâu MK 701 the rate of plantets survival was 78 %, it also had the best growth and development (growth indicators were 9.87 cm high, 1.41 branches, the root diameter of 1.19 cm, 6.37 leaves, the rate of was of 93.09 %.
