CURRENT STATUS OF CAREER CONSULTATION NEEDS OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN HOANG HOA DISTRICT, THANH HOA PROVINCE

Abstract
The article mentions the current situation of career counseling needs of high school students in Hoang Hoa. The results show that most of the students participating in the survey have a need for career counseling at a necessary level. In particular, the expression and level of students' needs are higher in the need for counseling on the labor market, followed by the need for counseling on conditions and psychological characteristics suitable for the profession. The need for counseling on choosing, using the form of career counseling and the need for counseling on careers and career requirements, although not as high as the above contents, also reflects the desire of students to be provided with information on both the content and form of career counseling as a basis for them to be able to make decisions on choosing a suitable career.
