Abstract
The balanced scorecard is a strategic management tool that helps to comprehensively evaluate the performance of a business through four aspects: Finance, Customers, Internal Processes and Training - Development. In this article, the author has systematized the theory and analyzed the current status of applying the balanced scorecard to evaluate the performance of garment enterprises in Thanh Hoa city. On that basis, propose solutions to improve the application of BSC to improve performance, sustainable development and improve competitiveness for garment enterprises in Thanh Hoa city in the coming time.
