Abstract

In Ho Chi Minh's Thought on building a new culture - revolutionary culture in Vietnam, the issue of preserving and promoting the national cultural identity is an important content with deep theoretical and practical value. Those are theoretical views on the issue of preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values ​​of the nation; getting rid of outdated old traditions; absorbing the quintessence of human culture to enrich the national cultural identity. From the groundwork, analyzing, synthesizing and systematizing Ho Chi Minh's thought on preserving and promoting the nation's precious cultural capital; restoring the positive factors, eliminating the negative ones traditional in cultural ​​of the nation; absorbing selectively the quintessence of human culture in building a new culture. The article contributes to clarifying Ho Chi Minh's scientific and revolutionary arguments on the issue of preserving and promoting national cultural identity of Vietnamese culture.
