Abstract

Based on the theories of destination attractiveness by domestic and international researchers, the author proposes an appropriate research model to attract tourists to Quang Xuong district, Thanh Hoa province. The author assesses the reliability of the scale by Cron'bach Alpha coefficient; does exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that there are 3 factors that affect the ability to attract tourists to Quang Xuong district, including: Natural factors; Socio-cultural Factors and Complementary Characteristic Factors. In which Socio-cultural Factors have the strongest impact and natural factors have the weakest impact. The research results are the basis for proposing solutions to improve the ability to attract tourists to Quang Xuong district in the coming time.
