Abstract

Attracting FDI is the goal of many localities in the process of socio-economic development. One of the solutions to attract FDI into Thanh Hoa province is to improve the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI), by improving business support services. In the research process, the author analyzed the current status of business support services in Thanh Hoa province, pointed out the achieved results, and the remaining limitations for FDI enterprises from the results of the investigation related to business support services in PCI, thereby proposing solutions to improve this index to enhance FDI attraction in the future.
