Abstract

In this study, the author conducted a survey for 300 customers to find out the factors affecting lending activities at the Bank for Social Policies in Cam Thuy district. Research results show that there are 6 main influencing factors: (1) Development strategy of the bank; (2) Credit policy; (3) Facilities; (4) Bank staff; (5) Coordination; and (6) Customers. Credit policy factors have the greatest influence and customer factors have the weakest influence on lending activities at VBSP in Cam Thuy district. This is the basis for the author to come up with solutions to make lending activities more effective.
