Abstract

Any human activity is motivated by one or more motives. Some individuals work hard for a high income, others want to be recognized by everyone, others simply because of their passion. These motives are also known as dynamics. Without motivation, people will not be active. Therefore, in order to encourage individuals to act, should be enhanced. The article studies the current situation of motivating employees at Thanh Hoa Agricultural Institute, assessing the achieved results, limitations and causes of limitations. From that, proposing solutions to motivate employees at this Research Institute in the upcoming time.
