Abstract

Being deeply and fully aware of the important role of science, engineering and technology in the career of national defense, construction and development, President Ho Chi Minh had the right orientation on the developing of science, engineering and technology. In current conditions of renovation, the application of Ho Chi Minh’s thought in science, engineering and technology is of great significance. The article presents Ho Chi Minh's thought on science, engineering and technology and the view of The Communist Party of Vietnam on science and technology development.
