Abstract

Human resources are the most valuable resources of the organization, good human resources will help businesses implement strategies effectively and achieve the set goals.
Therefore, the research and improvement of human resource management in organizations is an urgent task. In this study, the author will use primary and secondary data combined with methods of synthesis, analysis and comparison to assess the current situation of human resource management, thereby proposing some solutions in order to improve the human resource management of Thanh Hoa No.1 Rehabilitation Center in the coming time.
