Abstract
The research process involved selecting 24 Aerobic exercises categorized into 7 groups: Dynamic, static, jumping, flexibility and balance; moving and running, leg kick and coordination movement. These selected exercises were then initially applied in actual teaching. The results showed that the selected exercises were highly effective in improving the overall physical fitness of students majoring in Physical Education at Hong Duc University.
