Abstract
Self-assessment and quality assurance are crucial tasks in educational institutions. The process of quality assurance reflects the commitment of educational institutions to society. However, quality assurance activitiesrequire the provision of evidence throughout the process, necessitating the storage of unified, systematic, and easily searchable records. In this article, we propose and implement an information technology solution for document management to
serve the self-assessment and quality assurance activities at Hong Duc University.
