Abstract

To achieve the goal of becoming an industrial country by 2025, Thanh Hoa city is striving to become a grade 1 urban area by 2025. In addition to accelerating the speed of urbanization, the city’s administrative system must pay attention to solving pressing social issues, including the issue of employment for workers in algricultural sector. The article points out some psychological characteristics of farm workers and employment problems
in the current urbanization process in Thanh Hoa city which contributes to helping the locality have a basis to come up with reasonable solutions in management and implementation process.
