Abstract

The issue of human resource development in Thanh Hoa province is of great concern to the provincial leaders with views throughout the congresses. This article summarizes the views on human resource development of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, especially through the two recent congresses and Resolution 58 NQ-TW of the Politburo on Construction and Development of Thanh Hoa Province to 2030, vision to 2045; providing statistics on human resources in Thanh Hoa province during the 19th Congress term; From that, evaluating the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges for the province's human resources.
