Abstract

The research results indicate that the socio - professional structure of Tra Dong bronze casting village has changed under the impact of socio-economic changes. The vocational family model is still the main model. There is the appearance of large production models such as vocational companies. However, these models still have many characteristics of vocational family model. The socio - professional structure has both continuity and restructuring from
generations to generation in terms of human resources, professional values, professional organizing measures, etc. This situation brings about many advantages and also poses many challenges for the development of craft village in the current period.
