Abstract

Gender equality is a goal in the sustainable development process in Thanh Hoa in particular and Vietnam in general. Currently, we have many measures to promote gender equality. In particular, propagation is an important and highly effective measure, contributing to shortening the gap between women and men in many fields. Research in Thanh Hoa city shows that women are the core force in promoting gender equality. However, women working to propagate gender equality still encounter difficulties that can reduce the effectiveness of gender equality in Thanh Hoa city
