Abstract

The article comprehensively evaluates the current situation of building and promoting the role of Hong Duc university’s intellectuals; their contributions in three aspects: training high-quality human resources to meet social needs; conducting scientific research and technology transfer activities; carrying out community service activities, thereby proposing a number of recommendations to further promote the role of the University’s intellectuals in the socio-economic development for Thanh Hoa locality and the country in conformity with the Resolution 58-NQ/TW of the Politburo.
