Abstract
Results from an experiment showed that sterilization with HgCl2 at a concentration of 0.1% for 8 minutes was the most efficient method, with survival rates of 29.5% for acacia varieties BV10, 28.16% for BV16, and 26.38% for BV32. The best culture medium for the rapid shoot multiplication stage for all three acacia hybrid varieties (BV10, BV16, and BV32) is MS supplemented with 30 g/l sucrose and 8 g/l agar, along with 1.5 mg/l BAP. The shoot multiplication rate and shoot height were observed to be 2.79 times and 3.8 cm for BV10, 3.2 times and 4.13 cm for BV16, and 2.73 times and 3.97cm for BV32, respectively. Among treatments supplemented with Kinetin, the treatment with 1.5 mg/l of Kinetin yielded the highest results, with shoot multiplication rates and shoot heights of 2.36 times and 3.8 cm for BV10, 2.56 times and 3.7 cm for BV16, and 2.2 times and 3.5 cm for BV32, respectively.
