Abstract

Over the past years, FDI has contributed to boosting the province's economy at a high speed; economic structure has been shifted strongly towards industrialization and modernization; creating more jobs, improving the quality of human resources of the province. At the same time, foreign direct investment is an extremely imporiant channel in the transfer of science and technology; contributing to improving the competitiveness of the economy In the context of Integration. The process of attracting FDI in Thanh Hoa is also creating negative Impacts such as: sustainable economic development, ecological environment pollution, etc. Therefore, promoting positive Impacts and limiting negative impacts, polarity of FDI is one o f the most important tasks for the socio-economy of Thanh Hoa today.
