Abstract

In the process of innovation, our Party has always placed agriculture, farmers and rural areas in an important strategic position, considering it a basis and force for sustainable socio-economic development, political stability, national security and defense and international integration. The article analyzes and clarifies the views o f the Communist Party of Vietnam on agriculture, farmers and rural areas during the innovation period, from which to point out some noticeable issues in agriculture, farmers, rural Vietnam today.
