Abstract
Human resource management is an issue that all organizations need to pay attention. This study assesses the current situation of human resource management at Thanh Hoa’s Market Management Department in terms of human resource attraction, training and development, and human resource maintenance; Thereby, providing solutions and recommendations to improve the human resource management at the Department in the coming time.
