Abstract
Motivating employees to work is one of the most important issues in human resources science. Motivation to work is the application of financial and non-financial measures by enterprises to satisfy the material and spiritual needs of employees. From that assuring employees to dedicate contribute to the growth of the business. The article evaluates the practical application of financial measures including salary, bonus, welfare at Thanh Hoa Water Supply Joint Stock Company, on that basis proposing solutions to complete the finance measures in order to improve efficiency in building up motivation for employees.
