Abstract
Work motivation of employees always plays a key role in the development of each organization. This study assesses the status of the work to motivate employees of Thanh Hoa’s Market Management Department in terms of training and development, assessment of work performance, working environment, remuneration and welfare. From the results, the author realized that these activities of Thanh Hoa’s Market Management Department still have some limitations, so the author proposes solutions to improve the labor motivation of employees at Thanh Hoa’s Market Management Department.
