CHALLENGES FACED BY LECTURERS AT LOCAL UNIVERSITIES IN DEVELOPING DIGITAL CAPABILITIES

Abstract
This article uses methods of document analysis and synthesis, and opinion polling to clarify the characteristics of local universities, the necessity of developing digital skills for lecturers in local universities for teaching, scientific research, and management in the context of current educational reform, and to assess the current difficulties in developing digital skills for lecturers in local universities. From there, it proposes several solutions to develop digital skills for lecturers, contributing to improving the quality of training and promoting digital transformation in higher education.
