AI TOOL ECOSYSTEMS IN EDUCATION, RESEARCH, AND DIGITAL COMMUNICATION: TRENDS AND CHALLENGES

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) has evolved from isolated support tools into integrated ecosystems that are reshaping education, scientific research, and digital communication. This paper examines the transition from a “tool-oriented mindset” to an “ecosystem-oriented mindset” in the application of AI, while comparing the functions of AI in personalized learning, research automation, and communication optimization. It also identifies emerging trends and challenges associated with the integration of AI into digital academic environments. Based on this analysis, the paper proposes several recommendations to enhance the governance and effective use of AI in education and research within the context of ongoing digital transformation.
