POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: FROM POLICY TO PRACTICE AT VIET-HUNG INDUSTRIAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract
Digital transformation is reshaping higher education management, particularly in postgraduate education. This study examines the theoretical foundations and current practices of postgraduate education management in the context of digital transformation at Viet-Hung Industrial University. The findings reveal several limitations in training management and governance. Based on these findings, the study proposes solutions focused on digital capacity development and data-driven governance to improve management effectiveness. The results provide useful references for higher education institutions in their digital transformation process.
