EVALUATING THE QUALITY OF MULTIMEDIA COMMUNICATIONS TRAINING AT HONG DUC UNIVERSITY USING THE CIPP MODEL

Abstract
In the digital economy, the Multimedia Communications major at Hong Duc University plays a vital role in supplying creative human resources. Utilizing the CIPP model, this study comprehensively evaluates training practices from 2023 to 2025 through document analysis and descriptive statistics. Results confirm that the university's training objectives align well with local demands, achieving high enrollment efficiency. The paper also identifies limitations in specialized technical infrastructure and the practical experience of the faculty. Based on a SWOT analysis, the authors propose strategic solutions for 2025 to 2030, focusing on university-industry partnerships and agile quality management to enhance the institution's position within the educational system.
