Abstract

The characteristics of poetic language from the perspective of trauma theory have made the analysis and perception of lyrical works even more unique and empathetic. The language in Vietnamese women's poetry during the first 20 years of the 21st century is an ingenuity when it is filled with female introspection and divinity. In particular, the language class expressing physical trauma and mental trauma is clearly shown through each way of using words, structure and tone of poetry. Through expressing physical and mental pain in the face of the changes in life and personal life stories, female authors have expressed the desire to live a good life to rise towards the noble "The superego" in human nature. Although the language in the poem has painful trauma in many aspects, through it, it further affirms the strength of female nature and evokes empathy in the reader.
