Abstract

The issue of choosing a field of study and a school is an important matter that significantly affects the lives and learning activities of high school students, especially those in the 11th grade, who are at an intermediate level in their education and have a need for support and career counseling. However, this need among students is influenced by several factors, including both subjective and objective elements. This article surveys the current situation of the factors affecting the career counseling needs of 11th-grade students in Thanh Hoa City High School, with the aim of helping educational researchers propose appropriate measures to enhance the effectiveness of career counseling activities that meet these needs among high school students.
