STUDENTS’ SATISFACTION WITH TUITION COLLECTION SERVICE AT HONG DUC UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The aim of this article is to propose some implications for the research area based on assessing the current state of students’ satisfaction with tuition collection services at Hong Duc University. In the article, the author uses a combination of research methods including qualitative research and quantitative research based on the use of Cronbach's Alpha reliability testing, exploratory factor testing and regression analysis. Research results show that there are 6 factors that affect students’ satisfaction with tuition collection services at the university, including attitude of tuition collection staff, facilities, regulations related to the school's tuition collection activities, students' awareness and economic ability, tuition payment methods, support from homeroom teachers and academic advisors.
