Abstract

The article focuses on studying the influential factors on the learning outcomes of fulltime students in Economic and Technical Sector, Hong Duc University through the results of structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis, based on primary data from a survey of 500 students. The research results show that there are seven factors affecting the learning outcomes of students. In which, students' learning methods are the factors that have the greatest influence on learning outcomes, followed by the influence of the following factors: Learning motivation; Lecturer's teaching methods; School facilities; Education program; Support factors and Family - society factors. The results also show that all seven factors have the positive influence on students' learning outcomes. Besides, the research results also indicate that the impacts of influential factors on the learning outcomes of full-time students majoring in economics and engineering are different. The influence of factors on students'
learning outcomes for each training course is also different.
