IMPROVING THE INNOVATION CAPACITY OF HONG DUC UNIVERISTY STUDENTS

Abstract
The study focuses on assessing the creative innovation capability of regular students at Hong Duc University through analyzing a multivariate regression model based on a survey sample of 500 students. The results indicate three selected factors positively influencing the innovation capability of regular students at the university. Among these factors, the organization's support ive environment is identified as having the greatest impact on students' innovation capability in the model. Based on the study's results, the authors propose several solutions to enhance students' innovation capability in the future.
