Abstract

Training high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development is one of the missions of the university. In the context where the knowledge economy increasingly dominates all aspects of social life, and the development of science and technology poses significant challenges for training activities at Hong Duc University today. With over 25 years of construction and development, guided by the educational philosophy of
"Comprehensive - Experiential - Practical – Proficient”, Hong Duc University has achieved many accomplishments in its training activities. This study will assess the current situation of the achievements and limitations in the university's training activities during the 2011-2021 period, thereby proposing solutionsfor developing training activitiesin the period 2021-2030, vision to 2045. This contributesto making Hong Duc University an intelligent, innovative, and creative university; a strong center for training and scientific research nationwide.
