Abstract

The Master's training program in Educational Management at Hong Duc University currently consists of two programs: the Application Orientation Program and the Research Orientation Program. The Master's program in Educational Management at Hong Duc University is currently implemented according to both applied and research-oriented programs. Therefore, to enhance the quality of the Master's program in Educational Management, it requires the attention and guidance of the Board of Directors, as well as the coordination and support of the Graduate Training Management Office, for the Faculty
of Psychology and Education to carry out adjustments and improvements to the training program based on current regulations while still ensuring suitability to the practical needs and other conditions of the university. On the other hand, during the training organization process, the Faculty has also appropriately applied regulations and rules to optimize the program's operation and create favorable conditions for students. However, there are still
some unresolved issues that need attention and guidance from the university and the Graduate Training Management Office in the near future to help ensure the quality and reputation of the Master's program in Educational Management at Hong Duc University.
