Abstract

The accounting education program of Hong Duc University is a program built with the output standards of knowledge, skills and attitudes based on the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training to train high-quality accountants, meeting the needs of the society. Every year, the program is always reviewed, revised and supplemented based on the survey results to collect opinions of stakeholders such as employers, graduates about the level of satisfaction with student career skills. In order to train high-quality accounting human resources, implementation of synchronous solutions to improve career skills is necessary for students to meet the output standards as well as employer requirements when they graduate.
