Abstract

Under the impact of the market economy, education is gradually being seen as social service, students as customers, they are able to make their own decision to choose suppliers; then, in order to survive and develop, higher education institutions are forced to improve the quality of their educational services to meet the needs of students. The article examines the satisfaction levels of students of Faculty of Social Sciences, Hong Duc University on academic advices services; thereby offer some solutions to improve the quality of academic advice services, educational services from students’ perspective.
