Abstract

Professional ability is an important part of teachers' occupational character, which reflects the characteristics of teachers' labor and is an important factor affecting the quality of education. Teachers should have the consciousness and responsibility to constantly cultivate and train, so as to form their professional abilities and meet the requirements of educational innovation and professional standards promulgated by the Ministry of Education and Training. This paper focuses on the analysis of the basis for determining teachers' professional competence, and thus puts forward the requirements for current teachers' professional competence, which is helpful promote teachers' training plans and help teachers' schools to refer to, establish and revise teacher training plans in line with the development trend of education in 2018 and the general education plan.
